Create and drive the   transformation strategy aligned to the people and business strategy and outcomes in and across Momentum Life with the aim of achieving MMI’s transformation strategy

Drive and support the achievement of transformation objectives for the segment (MomLife)(Internal Process) Responsible for the divisional quarterly business review and ensuring that the data presented is accurate and correct, partnering with the relevant Human Capital Leads to collate their contribution and co-ordinating the review with the project co-ordinator on a quarterly basis.Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the transformation field in order to optimise service delivery.Co-create and contribute to the development of the transformation strategy for Momentum Life in alignment with group strategic objectives.Champion and drive the achievement of the transformation strategy and influence key stakeholders to implement initiatives that focus on improving the B-BBEE scorecard.Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving BBBEE performance in collaboration with stakeholders.Agree with and set business unit specific transformation targets (which will roll up into the Momentum Life) targets for Employment Equity, Skills Development and Preferential Procurement in collaboration with stakeholders and in line with Group Transformation targets.Monitor and report the BU and segment’s performance against set targets at the relevant forums and meetings.Continuously improve the quality, accuracy, integrity and value of the transformation data.Ensure all divisional data is consolidated timeously to develop internal scorecard  on all scorecard elementsConsolidate accurate group internal scorecard for inclusion in Transformation Forum and Board packKeep records of consolidations with all information utilized to draft scorecardAssist with BU/divisional  internal audit processFacilitate and Assist in preparation for DoL inspectionsConduct monthly analysis of the data to ensure correctness, update and correct were required and to align to the business strategy by playing a consultative role with stakeholders to ensure execution of the strategyContribute to MMI’s BBBEE scorecard reporting by measuring and reporting on BBBEE initiatives for the BU/division and segment in line with Group reporting. Contribute to and utilise a common framework for reporting BBBEE initiatives that facilitates consistency and efficiencies.Support the collation of valid, accurate and complete data or evidence during the B-BBEE verification process.Provide guidance and direction to stakeholders on matters related to transformation, procurement and BBBEE regulations.Advise stakeholders regarding the implementation of the preferential procurement process and the implications of non-compliance.Review supplier list to ensure that the list only contains those that are within compliance, any out of SLA suppliers to be contacted to re-apply as supplier, form part of the panel for any RFP (request for proposal)  that impacts the business unit/segmentDevelop and drive a talent and retention as well as a succession planning strategy in relation to meeting transformation outcomesSupport the preferential procurement process and provide management information and insights regarding suppliers.Chair, manage and coordinate the Transformation Forums (TF) within each BU in MomLife ensure that it complies with legislative requirements and MMI standards.Report to MomLife Exco on Transformation Forum activities, focuses as well as progress towards the implementation of the Transformation plan/outcomes/strategyFacilitate and support management in the development, implementation and achievement of the EE plan/agreed targets.Monitor and track the achievement of EE plan/targets and proactively make recommendations to ensure targets are achieved.Advocate and drive transformation within the business and coach and guide and partner with the HC team, business stakeholders and TF forum to comply with the EE Act, FSC and related processes.Collate, compile and analyse information to populate the relevant Transformation reports on overall BBBEE performance for the segment.Track and monitor the Skills Development expenditure for the segment and provide leadership with and partner to drive recommendations to ensure targets are achieved.Responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting of training in the business unit to the organisation with Seta- related duties: Monthly preparations aimed towards the completion at both a business unit and area level of the workplace skills plan (WSP), annual training report (ATR) and expressions of interest for INSETA funding relating to bursaries, skills programs – learnership and internship within the given timeframes as stipulated by Group.Owning the distribution of allocated interns and learners and facilitating the end-to –end process thereof.Representing the Business unit on Group Transformation Forums/Committees, such as Group Skills Development Steering Committee, feeding back to business the decisions relating to skills development that enhance the envisaged strategy.Conduct Skills Development Audits and present findings to HC Leads and HC Divisional Executive with recommendations, implementation and execution plans. Advising on and implementation of Quality management Systems for skills developmentConducting analysis to determine outcomes of trainingConducting skills development administrationCoordinating skills development interventionsMonitor and track skills development capture to ensure maximum skills rebate are allocated to MomLifeActivate, track and monitor the implementation of internships and learnerships to ensure alignment with the business skills development strategy.Drive initiatives around  diversity management initiatives as well as disability management within the segment. Includes facilitating the programme across all occupational levels in the business.Support or reviews all required documentation and other processes that relate to Diversity and Inclusion management deliverables.Compile and execute a Divisional Transformation Plan, as well as a roll out plan for a diversity and inclusion training programme with regular reporting, progress updates and measures of success to CEO, MomLife Exco, HC Divisional Executive and Group Head of Transformation.Engagement with the relevant Transformation Group Leads to leverage off opportunities for the business (Procurement and ESD, SD in particular)
