To be accountable for and to provide professional leadership and management for the Academic Department; to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all programs.

• Knowledge of SAQA and related Acts
• Knowledge of ETQA’s and their processes
• Customer focus
• Telephone etiquette
• Administrative skills
• Query resolution
• Coordination and Project Management
• Good communication skills
• Report writing skills

Credentials and Experience:
At least 3 years teaching experience

Special Requirements for completing the job:
• Knowledge of SAQA and related Acts
• Knowledge of ETQA’s and their processes
• Knowledge of US and courses we are registered for
