Consumer Care Agents / Customer Service Consultants at Compuscan


This is a 12 month funded learnership for unemployed EE learners with disabilities whom want to have a career as a Consumer Care Agent or Customer Service Consultant.

Key Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics, English and another South African Language
Computer literate – able to use MS Excel, Word, PPT and E-Mail / Internet
Preference will be given to EE candidates

Key Competencies

Administration skills beneficial
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail

Consumer Care Agents/Customer Service Consultants Duties:

Providing a single point of contact to consumers to log disputes and access their credit reports (including data capturing)
Providing accurate information and support to consumers
Handle incoming calls, emails or any electronic media from customers (as and when required)
Attending to daily/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback
**The job role of Helpdesk Operator could be included should any of the candidates have knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating systems, Networking and Internet Connectivity Mediums; Basic Finance / Accounting experience with A+ computer certificate (or similar qualification)
